Summary: There was a problem with checking in with the third suite, and because it was late Hotel needed an amazing job to upgrade me to a better and was very apologetic for the area being booked out and being Need for the swimming. Please check the times for the breakfast because the times have changed over the past couple years but other than that it is an amazing hotel to stay at.

Summary: We decided to stay an extra night in Gurnee and switched over to this hotel from LaQuinta which was a terrible experience. This hotel is a treasure. Clean, beautiful lobby with cute canaries and a pretty good breakfast. We didn't eat at the restaurants but the choices looked great and the restaurants were so cute! The room need some updates in the bathroom especially but they are in the process of a renovation so I think that's all on the way. We were just happy for the clean room, working phone, wifi and actual entertainment choices on the tv!!

Summary: The hotel is not well marked, it was called Ten convention center and hotel. When I asked the front desk clerk if this was the hotel check in, she responded very snipping. Our phone would not work we could only get a busy signal. There were no extra pillows or blankets and the room came with a pull out couch. We were told that breakfast was from 6 to 9, got downstairs at 8:30 and breakfast was already put away. They were renovating at the time but that should not have caused any of the issues we had.

Summary: The stay was decent. When we arrived late at night, we had to wait several minutes for someone to even come out to the desk. It was annoying since we were tired from traveling. We are a family of 4 and stayed in a room with two double beds. There were 2 wash cloths, 3 hand towels, and 3 bath towels. There was one tiny (single-use) bottle of each: shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. The pool was nice, but the pool towels were gone by the time we got out of the pool and needed them. The free breakfast was great for our kids, but not good options for the more health-conscious adults. Make your own waffles, yogurt, packaged muffins, and all kid cereal (froot loops, cocoa pebbles, etc). We were in Gurnee to go to Great America and do some shopping, and for that, the location is ideal.
